Stayed 3 nights. Train track was 50 feet from my window the 1st night. Trains wake one up every 30 minutes except between 3am and 5am. Changed to an interior quite a room for my next two nights which was perfect. Difference between a one start & a five star experience depends on which side of the hall your room is on. Parking is $18/night

Courtney was amazing from the onset of my check-in.. she quickly solved a reservation issue and made accommodations for me with great professionalism. On the second day of my stay, I had an issue with a housekeeping issue, Shenelle again stepped in and resolved it within moments. Her value to this organization is unmatched.

We stayed here recently to attend Chris Brown. This proved to be the perfect location with easy access to the MARTA. From the moment we arrived, Laura made us feel welcomed. She advised us of the perks like free breakfast and how to get to the train. The room was spacious and clean! All of the hotel staff was friendly and cordial. The breakfast is so much better than other Marriott branded properties. I do wish there were more options for vegans. (Maybe add a vegan yogurt option to that station. A breakfast potato would be a nice cooked food to add.) Thank you for having plant-based milk options.

Nice, new hotel, great location and the staff was exceptional. My only complaint is it's right next to the MARTA train and you hear it all night long if you get a room facing the tracks. They try to do things to deaden the noise with noise machines, but you still hear it all night. Be sure to ask for a room on the courtyard side as I'm sure that would be much quieter.

I had an incredible experience at The Element. The staff was friendly (Rico & April), my room was spotless & it’s in the perfect location. It’s right across from restaurants & a shared workspace. The esthetic is clean and compact but luxe. Almost feels like a spa. Complimentary breakfast & wine (M-R nights) are the cherries on top. If you’re in need of rest and rejuvenation, or a staycation, this is the place to be.

What a fantastic hotel. We visited over a weekend and there were barely any guests, which was surprising. It’s fairly new as well. Great decorations, very upscale, and located in a tucked away area with valet and a keyed private parking garage. The breakfast is a buffet, but it is great. Pastries, cereal, bread, bagels, and a yogurt bar. As well as the fresh cooked eggs, bacon, and sausages from the absolutely wonderful cook, I’m not sure of her name but she is personable and a great employee. The rooms were very clean and upscale for the price. The plaza it’s located in felt very safe and the restaurant across from the hotel is an amazing spot for drinks

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and they again did not disappoint. We arrived late 10pm checked right in and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and made the check in process smooth. Breakfast, Clean rooms, excellent area, amazing customer service. The bar appeared to be closed both nights we were there 02/06 & 02/07 but wasnt a deal breaker
